Gluten-freedom!
When you live gluten-free and you hear about a new restaurant that serves up gluten-free food, it can be exciting. When that restaurant is an upscale sub shop, I'm there! I've already told you that I'm known as "the Sandwich Girl" by many (if you missed that story, check out my Vegan Sandwich Bread post).

These guys are serious about safe practices!
Of course I was thrilled when Dan Davis, manager of Good Grub Subs in Alpharetta invited me out to conduct a review of the restaurant and have a look at the dedicated practices in place for serving up safe, delicious, gluten-free food. Let's see...eat sandwiches, meet unbelievably nice people who genuinely care about my health and safety when I'm dining out...I'm in!
