So, spring is here, and it's cocktail time (not that it isn't cocktail time during the other three seasons, but warmer weather equals cool drinks)!

And while cranberries and apples are more often than not associated with autumn and the winter holidays, I want to share this recipe with you
 - it's from my friend Chelle at Bouncing Berry Farms, and it's one of the recipes I promised to share to demonstrate unique applications for their Gourmet Cranberry & Organic Apple Fruit Delight.

This is festive, tasty, and a breeze to make! If you don't want the alcohol, simply omit it - or do what I did for my kiddos and use an equal amount of organic apple juice. Tasty!

Note: If you do not have the Cranberry & Apple Fruit Delight, substitute 1/4 cup cranberry juice and 1/4 cup unsweetened natural applesauc

Bouncing Berry Farms Bog Swirl (their signature cocktail!)

In a blender, puree 1 Jar of Gourmet Cranberry & Organic Apple Fruit Delight

For each cocktail, combine the following, swirl & serve:
1 cup lemon-lime soda (I also tried using ginger ale, which was fabulous!)
1/4 cup pureed cranberry/apple delight
1 jigger vodka, if desired (omit for non-alcoholic drink)
7 ice cubes
1 wedge lime, juice squeezed in drink & wedge dropped in (I used an orange slice)
