When I saw the title of this blog, "Food Cures," I shouted out, "It Does!!!" I've been on a path of improving my diet slow and steady for a little over a year now and am seeing amazing improvement in my fibromyalgia pain, fatigue, and brain fog. Plus my migraines are much rarer and further between, and the seasonal allergies I've suffered for forty years have literally disappeared. I am always looking for more ways to improve my diet and especially more, more, more recipes. I'd love to read Joy's books! Thanks for bringing them to my attention!

I would truly benefit from these books as I have been diagnosed whit hashimotos and am being treated by a nutritionalist who has determined that produce antibodies against gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and sugar. It has been a long couple of months trying to figure out what I can eat so I make all my foods at home and could use some help in the recipe department and foods that will help my health condition to improve.
