Most commercially available mayonnaise contains egg and soy. For those of us on an egg free and/or soy free special diet, I’ve created this simple 4-ingredient spread to replace store-bought mayo... the taste, texture, and ease of preparation will amaze you!
Makes approximately 6 ounces.
Serving Size = 1 Tablespoons
