Dear Parent,
Nothing makes a child smile quite like the words We’re going to Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom!
Thoughts of Mickey and Minnie, the towering castle, and the Disney magic make all of us feel like a kid again... Happy and carefree!
The truth is, at least for us parents, planning a family vacation takes time and can be challenging, even under ideal circumstances. When someone in the family requires a special diet due to a food allergy or sensitivity, planning meals while away from home becomes overwhelming.
We need answers to questions like these:
- What are the best snacks to pack for travel?
- Where will we eat while we are on the road?
- Where will we eat once we arrive (and are exhausted from traveling)?
- How can we be confident we know which restaurants will be able to accommodate food allergies without it being an ordeal... or awkward!?
- How do we keep all of this within the budget for our trip?
Because I am gluten free (AND am allergic to soy and nuts, and I am also dairy free), I know it can be challenging to eat safely and affordably - and with confidence - while traveling.
As the mother of a child on a gluten free diet, I especially understand what it means to keep a child on a special diet safe, particularly when traveling away from home.
No one wants to suffer a food allergy reaction at any time, certainly not while away from home in unfamiliar surroundings where we don't feel as safe and we are far from our own trusted health care provider.
We also want to minimize the times we might feel like a food allergy or special diet is holding anyone back - especially a child. On vacation, we want to be as carefree as we can!
We are Disney fans too, and a trip to Disney should be about fun!
So I've put my experience and knowledge to work for you. I've produced this complete report detailing a visit to the Magic Kingdom for gluten free and those on most any special diet. I call it my "Keys to the Kingdom" report!

I Will Help You
Minimize The Challenges of Traveling Gluten Free
Minimize The Challenges of Traveling Gluten Free
But... Who am I?
My name is Gigi Stewart, "Gluten Free Gigi".
You may have seen some of my articles or come across my website www.GlutenFreeGigi.com. I am gluten free (and also dairy free, soy free and nut free).
I selectively provide private diet consultations and hold a master’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with a focus in chronic pain and chose to pursue this area of study after enduring over 25 years of my own pain.
While conducting research at the National Center for Natural Products, I learned a great deal about how what we put into our bodies can have a direct impact on how we feel. Using this knowledge, I began to uncover how my diet might be responsible for my pain.
Thorough research, consultation with doctors and using an elimination diet led me to discover I needed to remove gluten from my diet and that I have multiple food allergies.
Since discovering my food allergies, I have traveled throughout the country comfortably and confidently.
Knowing many others face similar food allergy challenges and have a special diet and tapping into my passion for research and knowledge, I started producing information like you'll find in my "Keys to the Kingdom".
I also created GlutenFreeGigi.com where I share, weekly, the latest research on food allergies and nutrition, and new useful and affordable recipes.
In "real life", I provide exclusive private diet consultations and regularly present at conferences and events throughout the United States. I discuss the gluten free diet and food allergies.
My goal, each and every day, is to share what I can to make living and eating easier and more enjoyable for you. In this case, that means helping you and your family have a fantastic vacation at Disney's Magic Kingdom!

Spend Less Time Planning

More Time Having FUN!
and
More Time Having FUN!
Why have I put all of this together?
I want you to spend less time planning around a special diet and more time looking forward to your trip! I want you to have fun! That's what a trip to the Magic Kingdom is all about!
Make sure you don't head to the park without this valuable information... Information I put together specifically for those of us who are gluten free (or with any of a number of fool allergies like me).
I'm convinced you won't find information like this anywhere else. I couldn't. That's why I put my "Keys to the Kingdom" report together...
I want you to get the most out of your Disney vacation dollar. I don't want you to spend any more of your time and hard-earned money than absolutely necessary. That' why I'm including everything I put together in one complete package.
And getting it couldn't be any easier - or faster! Once you place your order, you'll be emailed direct links to download the complete report package.
When I started working on this report, the sales team researched similar products and reported the audio portion should sell for $49.95 I though the price was fair.
I know personally, though, a family trip to see Mickey is not inexpensive. I've seen what it costs to travel there with my own family.
The special price for this complete package and report is just $24.95...
Think of this as a small investment to help you SAVE VALUABLE TIME and avoid spending far more on expensive food you might not be able to eat.
With this report, I know you'll have a great plan.
You'll know, in advance, what to expect when visiting the Magic Kingdom on a special diet.
You won't have to worry like you thought you would about where or what your family is going to eat...
With my "Keys to the Kingdom", you and your family can travel confidently and have fun!
xo,
Gluten Free Gigi

ABOUT GIGI: Gigi Stewart, "Gluten Free Gigi", has been completely gluten free for medical reasons for over four years. Gigi selectively provides private consultations. She holds a master's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with a focus in chronic pain. Gigi pursued this area of study after enduring decades of her own pain.
While conducting research at the National Center for Natural Products, she learned more about how what we put into our bodies can have a direct impact on how we feel. Using this knowledge, Gigi pursued how her diet might be responsible for her pain. Thorough research, consultation with doctors and using an elimination diet led her to discover her sensitivity to gluten.
Once she recognized this, she began to investigate what she could eat. Instead of accepting she would no longer be able to enjoy the foods she loved, Gigi explored ways to make her favorite dishes without gluten. Her lifelong passion for cooking served her well...
Over the years, she has developed special recipes for gluten free breads (sandwich bread, hamburger buns, cornbread, biscuits, pancakes and muffins), desserts (layer cakes, dairy free ice cream, brownies, and cookies), and numerous other popular dishes. She has learned to create simple gluten free recipes her entire family enjoys, eliminating the need to make separate dishes for family members who aren't gluten free.
Gigi has discovered creating and preparing these new, gluten free healthier versions of the foods she loves isn't that difficult, is better for her and her family, and much less expensive than buying pre-packaged, gluten free foods and mixes.
Another special diet that Gigi spends countless hours researching is the Gluten Free Casein Free Diet for Autism. From valuable information learned through research, working one-on-one with Autistic children, and from her own personal experience as the parent of a child with Asperger's syndrome, Gigi knows first-hand how important finding answers can be.
Gigi is a firm believer in diet as a way to manage and improve our health. She acknowledges the impact of the GFCF Diet for Autism and how making dietary changes over time can lead to positive results for certain individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Gigi knows many others face health challenges similar to those she overcame and how removing gluten from ones diet can be life-changing. Through her exclusive private consultations, she shows clients exactly how she transformed her life by going gluten free and how they can too.
To share her knowledge and unique experience with even more people in the growing gluten free community, Gigi created GlutenFreeGigi.com. Through her website, she covers, weekly, the latest research on eating gluten free, nutrition, and special diet insights. She also releases, weekly, new useful and affordable gluten free recipes accompanied by her unique and complete How-To videos.
Gigi regularly motivates, inspires and informs crowds with her message at conferences and events. To find out more about having Gigi speak to your group, please respond to this email with the subject line: "Speaking".
