First, let me thank you for the sweet condolences, kind words and prayers offered this week.
I cannot express my gratitude for the outpouring of love I feel from you, my Gluten Free Family.
You will play a vital role in my grieving process as I interact with you, cook for you and write for you over the coming days, weeks and months. Stay close, Honey Bunch…I need you now more than ever to stop by and leave a comment on a post, drop me an email and visit me on Facebook, Twitter and the other social media outlets. Let me hear from you, about your needs and concerns, so I am able to help you continue on your path to optimal gluten free health. Our wellness is my passion!
And speaking of my passion, while my heart is broken, it brings me great comfort to devote my February issue of “Food Solutions” to matters of the heart…
In my acclaimed column, “A Side of Science”, I’ll give you the facts about “Matters of the Heart: The Cardiac-Celiac Connection”. Even if you do not have cardiac disease, you don’t want to miss this informative piece on the leading cause of death for individuals with Celiac disease.
On the nutrition front, I’m giving you clear insight in “The Truth about Sugar“. From several types of granulated sugar to common liquid sugars (like honey, maple syrup and agave nectar), you’ll have the real info you need on these everyday sweeteners. I’m also covering Glycemic Index to help us make smart choices for our gluten free diet.
That information is sure to come in handy in “Let’s Get in the Kitchen”. I have brand-new recipes all our gluten free sweethearts will love with “Gluten Free Lovin’ from the Oven“! From sweet to savory, these sumptuous dishes will demonstrate how simple, affordable and fun living gluten free can be!
And so we don’t over-do it on those Valentine’s Day sweet treats, I have “10 Tips to Control Sugar Cravings“. These research-based tips will help us control that sweet tooth, but still allow us to enjoy all the foods we love on our gluten free diet while maintaining a healthy weight. I love these pointers because they really do work! I know you will find them useful.
Of course, I’ll share top gluten free products and resources to make living gluten free easier than ever!
So, go ahead and secure your copy of February’s “Food Solutions” before it’s too late! You won’t find this “Smart Nutrition Backed by Science” anywhere else.
Thank you, Honey Bunch, for subscribing to my newsletter and supporting what I do here.
It is only because of you that I am able to continue sharing these keys to our good health on a special diet.
Friday, I have a new recipe to share…something simple and sweet with a powerful protein punch! I’ll see you here then…
(PS – If your family lives with multiple food allergies, be sure to check out “My Mealtime Makeover for Families with Multiple Food Allergies” webinar recording and accompanying resources. This is one of my most comprehensive webinars and it is sure to save you time, money and most important, your family’s health!)
xo,
Gigi ;)

I am looking forward to receiving my copy, I have loved every issue so far. The article about the different types of sugar, is exactly what I need, I am fairly new to G free, and “Setting up a G free kitchen” is a goal of mine this year. I really need help in this area. Any tips I will soak up gratefully :D
