Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk (any dairy-free milk will work; if you eat dairy products, use your choice of "regular" milk if you prefer)
  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower seed butter (substitute your choice of nut or seed butter, depending upon your specific allergies)
  • ½ - 1 Tablespoon honey (or other liquid sugar like agave nectar or pure maple syrup; you may omit this if you prefer)
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (omit if you use a vanilla flavored milk)

Instructions
  1. Combine milk, sunflower seed butter, honey, vanilla and ice cubes in your blender.
