Lactose Intolerance affects 75% of All People

In addition, an estimated 75% of the world’s population is lactose intolerant, meaning they cannot digest milk or milk products. While this is not a serious health risk, consuming dairy products causes extreme discomfort for lactose intolerant individuals. Some symptoms of lactose intolerance are abdominal pain, bloating, and nausea.
