When we were living in France during the summer, I enjoyed raw cheeses that my dairy-free life in the US would never permit. I can eat dairy in moderation in Europe and fall ill in the States with only a bite. I have my theory as to why, but that’s a different post.
All I want you to know today is that this baked feta is worth the airfare back to France. It is luscious and unctuous and all those other words you probably shouldn’t use with food, but I do because… it’s me. :)
