If you know me, you know I believe in the therapeutic powers of regular massage. Massage can alleviate pain in the body, banish onset headaches, enhance sleep quality and improve circulation. There’s also the instant relief of stress and relaxing those achy muscles many of us experience from repeated daily tasks.
