During the holidays, most of us bake more than any time of year. In fact, some of you tell me it’s the only time you bake. This is also the time of year I receive more emails with questions about which ingredients are gluten-free and which are not.
Just like me, many of you grew up with special recipes you associate with holidays and special occasions and recreating those is important to carry on your family traditions.
