Do you know about Graham Cracker Cake? Growing up, one of my aunts made it on occasion. The recipe came from the back of a graham cracker box, but is also jotted down in the back of one of her old cookbooks (now on my shelf) in faded blue ink. I changed the recipe to make a gluten-free version and decided it’s perfect to share with you, all dressed up as a Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Cake with Smores Topping.
The cake is made with graham cracker crumbs and only a small amount of flour. My aunt topped hers with chocolate buttercream. I couldn’t resist making the most of some goodies from Schar and turning it into a smores cake!
